Possible security issue

When I woke up this morning and went to my 2018 Mac Mini, its fan was running at what sounded like a high speed (I have never heard the fan before today). No one was on this Mac or the home network since last night.

Console showed the following: "ASL Module "com.apple.mkb" sharing output destination "/private/var/log/keybagd.log" with ASL Module "com.apple.mkb.internal". Many activity messages of similar conten had been posted since 1:00 AM. When I started to work, the fan turned off and the messages in console stopped posting.

Is this evidence of unauthorized entry into my system from outside?

Mac mini, macOS 10.12
