iPhone 7 rear camera jumping in 3rd party apps

I am having trouble with my iPhone 7 rear camera.

When using the iOS camera app, everything seems fine. When I use the VSCO app, though, the camera jumps around. I initially thought that it is an issue with VSCO, but on testing this happens in every app except the Apple one –– making it unlikely that it is the fault of the 3rd party app.

I have restored the phone to factory settings with no effect, and reinstalled the apps without solving the problem. I have done a screen recording of it below.

Any ideas of what might be causing this, and how to solve it?

Many third party camera apps mus be updated to run properly in iOS 13.

Sorry, should have said that it started before I updated to iOS13 –– I ran the beta on another device until the first updates were out. Since updating to iOS13, though, many of the apps have been updated, but made no difference.

Actually, just thought to test it now, but when I try take stills from within iMovie for iOS, the same thing happens, so it is not an Apple vs The Rest problem.
