error code 4005 when trying to restore iPad

error code 4005 continues to come when trying to restore iPad . I have followed all the steps and it still will not restore.

I am trying to give this to someone so they can communicate with son who is Deployed.

Any suggestions???

Do all steps in this link If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support
