Do I have to buy the app two times, both on my iphone and on my macbook?

Hi!

I recently bought the Notability-app on my iphone, and got it directly to my iPad aswell. Somehow my bought apps doesn´t appear when I look for them on my mac... Somebody knows how to fix it? I have checked, Notability is aviable for both OS and Mac. And yes, i have double, even triple checked my apple ID and logged in and out a dozens of times...

I appreciate all your help.

Yes. As the apps are different for the different operating systems of the iDevice and the Mac, they will need to be purchased separately.
