Hello,
You have to connect it to a computer (Mac or PC) running the latest version of iTunes:
If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
If you don't have access to a computer, try to borrow one or find an Apple location: Find Locations
