Ive has my 11 Pro Max for just over a week and notice a little crack in one of the lenses. Is the lens glass replaceable at all? The camera seems to work perfectly. Hasn’t been dropped just a little notch in the glass on one camera and a hairline crack.

Recommended the same thing for a tiny crack / chip in the top camera glass (to go to an Apple store). Asked for £600 for a replacement (told it was sapphire glass on the cameras), or recommended to go through my insurance. Awful service for a £1200 phone. There's more people with this issue, and you know it Apple.
Just be aware that a crack in the glass is not covered under warranty. If you have AppleCare+ it would count towards one of your replacements and if not then you would pay the cost of an out of warranty replacement.
Have you ever put it in a pocket, in a bag, or on a table without a case? Sapphire glass is highly resistant to scratching but more susceptible to breakage. Putting any amount of stress on it can break the glass. It’s not a defect it’s made that way to be resistant to scratches so that the your pictures don’t have annoying lines through them. You have to be more careful with it when putting it in pockets or bags.
Similar thing for me on my 11. Took it to Apple and they wouldn't help. Something is defective. I only had it two weeks
Cracks in the glass have never been covered under warranty. Just because a lot of people damage their phones doesn’t mean it’s Apple’s fault. If you run into a pole with your car is it the car manufacturer’s fault? Even if 10,000 people run into poles each year does that change who’s fault it is?
How do you bring it anywhere? if a phone isn’t designed to be placed in your pocket or a bag then that’s a whole other issue. Anyway the crack in my phone occurred while it was plugged in charging overnight
