I don’t want that app it has been deleted

Deleting an App will not cancel a subscription. to do that, see: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you brought the app via the App Store you cannot get a refund but freely reinstall it at anytime.

However, if it is a subscription within the app you would have to unsubscribe before deleting the app.
