I have lost my iPhone 10x. I received a Message, Our system has detected you offline iPhone was in the process of repair in our After sales Service Center Case # F495880. The url that I was directed to is https:/Apple.icloud-ios-Inc.us/us
That is my phone and I did not authorize any changes ti its SIM card.

That is a scam - if you click on it - you will likely remove the phone from your iCloud account and allow the scammer to use it
I would delete that message
Also report the loss of your SIM to your carrier
