How to activate new phone keeping old phone information. Following instructions on cleared out new phone. But keeps saying Try again. Says I may want to try iTunes. Need help with that. ( I’ve activated many phones before but having trouble with this one. I’m trying to get info from a phone 5s in my account that my grandson uses. Trying to activate the info to a iPhone 7 which is also in my account. Thanks.
