iPhone and Ford Sync

Hey, my son took the phone back to the truck and started the sync process. He said he found an option to contact sync services and he did, then it asked if he wanted to connect with Verizon and he did, then it paired! It wouldn’t make a call till he allowed phone contacts to upload. Hope this helps you.

No none of the above has worked. This radio was synced before iOS13 also. Now it just will not.
