How do I delete workouts in the Health app?

Instructions for deleting workout data do not seem to work anymore on iOS 13. No amount of swiping seems to get me to a place where workouts can be deleted.

You need to go to show all data at bottom of screen and then u can delete

I was stuck in the “highlights” screen. I clicked on “show all”, but it only showed all highlights, not all data. That’s where I was stuck. Once I backed out of that, I saw the “show all data” at the bottom of the screen. Thanks!
