I’m getting notifications almost every 5 minutes making me aware that my Apple ID is being used to sign in in various locations across the world?
I don’t want to trust the notification to change my password either!

Scams. Click Do Not Allow. You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
