APPLE ID

I have a new phone, I can’t get into my Apple ID as I need my old number.. I don’t have access to this. I requested a recovery and it was meant to be for today at 12:44 and no one has messaged or rang. I’ve been without access to my Apple ID for four months now and it’s getting ridiculous I have so many pictures and messages that I need to access and I’ve had to set up a new Apple ID which has nothing backed up onto it please can someone help.
