Screen Too Dark

My iPad Air is difficult to see even though I have full brightness of screen setting, am I on night time made at wrong time

Go to settings, display and brightness, and check your settings.

When tapping on Zoom, be sure not to tap options below in the box. I accidentally touched filters etc., And somehow I got into a muddle!!!!
