iTunes Backup
Why does iTunes show my iPhone has never been backed up to iCloud when I just completed a backup in iTunes to iCloud?

iTunes does not backup to iCloud at all. iTunes backs up to your computer.
The only way to backup to iCloud is to do it directly from the iPhone.
Settings->Account(top of Settings)->iCloud->iCloud Backup->Backup now.
You can also set it to automatically backup when connected to power and wifi by turning the iCloud Backup switch there on.
They don't. There is no window to backup to iCloud on your computer.
The only thing there in relation to iCloud, is the option to set the iPhone to backup to iCloud automatically. This changes the option in the iPhone in Settings->Account(top of Settings)->iCloud->iCloud Backup->Backup now to on. But that is all it does.
Thanks, that is helpful. I don't know why Apple has a window in iTunes to backup to iCloud when it only backs up to the computer. Very odd!
