suitcase fusion not working correctly after update to catalina

after catalina certain fonts not working in suitcase fusion version 18.2.4 any idea how to fix?

Mac Pro, macOS 10.15

Helvetica Regular font display issues in Big Sur 11.4 with Suitcase Fusion So since upgrading from Catalina to Big Sur with Suitcase Fusion 21.3.0 (9663) installed for Font Management the font Helvetica Regular displays mostly as question marks, though in the case of mail it is only in the mail window, if I open the e-mail separately it shows correctly. I also am showing it in 1Password. IN WINDOW AND Opened externally. And in 1Password The strange thing is this is a system font that is not controlled by Suitcase, but is only in Font Book. I found this other thread about it, but wasn't allowed to post there, but the solution does work if I never again open Suitcase. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252362828?login=true I have contacted Extensis technical support but haven't heard back. Anyone have any ideas?

Catalina Font problems Grrr, since updating to Catalina 10.15.1 I can't install any new fonts. Anyone else having this issue? I never upgrade right away and must have been out to lunch that day and now im suffering with it. I can't find help anywhere with this. I hope it gets corrected soon. I download a font, open it, select install. Looks great, it goes through the install process or so it seems, and then nothing, No matter where i get the font from. Ive paid for fonts and can't use them!

Older fonts don't work with Catalina: Why/ Is it possible to fix them? I have a fairly large number of both Type 1 PostScript and older TrueType and OpenType fonts that worked just fine until Catalina. These fonts display properly in both FontBook and FontAgent 9 (current version). Now Pages in particular has problems, including: Font name won't display in the WYSIWYG font list, but the font WILL render in the text and in the font selector. Font name doesn't display AND won't render. It doesn't matter where they are installed (in system with FontBook or managed with FontAgent). I read in another thread that Type 1 Fonts just don't work anymore. But I am wonder about the other TrueType and Open Type fonts. What is it about these fonts that's unacceptable to Catalina? Is there a way to clean them up or fix them?
