How much does it cost to change backside? And does the backside glas count as a screen?

If I’m not mistaken the back glass is not considered a screen repair because it’s not a screen. If you have AppleCare+ it’s $99 to repair. If not it’s $399

The back glass on iPhone cannot be replaced. It is not considered a screen replacement. The entire phone will need to be replaced. KaeBFly provided the right link for you to see the cost to you.
