Transferring data to new apple id
Is there anyway to transfer all your data to a new apple id? I’ve been using an apple id my mom created for me for the last 7 years, I want to create my own one one now, and transfer most of my data to it.

If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID unless you set up Family Sharing to retain access to your purchases..
There may be some data loss, but you can minimize it. If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. Messages conversations will be lost if they are addressed to the ID. See the article below for other places that the old ID should be removed.
