Apple Music Verizon Family?

my Cell phone plan from Verizon includes Apple Music, a $9.99 value, but I want the Family Apple Music so my family can share in the Apple Music love, but they are not on the same cell phone plan. Can I upgrade for the extra $5.00 ?

I don't believe this is possible.

Verizon provides an individual plan only in their promotions.
