No App Store on Apple TV 3

my App Store app is gone from my Apple TV 3rd generation

The 3rd gen doesn't have an app store and never did. It does not have the capacity to run apps, that model only has preset 'channels' that are sent via server. You would need a 4th gen or 4K in order to access the app store and download content.
