Multi APN support in iOS? Is there an app for that?
So, you've asked the same question in a different way.
I do not know of such an app. Do you believe that I do and simply won't tell you about it?
Again, if such an app existed, I would suggest only the carrier providing the multiple APN settings would develop such an app.
If there is an Android app for this, have you checked to see if they have an iOS version?
As this is a carrier specific feature, best to ask them.

The carrier is wholly responsible for providing access to APN settings in their section of iOS "settings".
If there is an iOS app, they developed it.
Do you know of a app that will allow mutiple APN's on 1 device as per Android? Android allows you to switch APN profile to enable corporate APN for work or consumer APN when using your own data.
