hello can you speak in Russian? i have problem with my phone specialist in Uzbekistan told me its lock phone how can i unlock this phone, before that I talked with your representative, he told me about its not our problem this problem from Verizon company,I talked to them and they said they’ll take off their gloss for 24 hours , so after 24 hours i checked my phone but its still not working so i think its not problem from Verizon how can you help me please?!!
