Can you rewind/fast forward 15 or 30 seconds like in virtually every other video app? Usually you double tap on left/right side of the screen, but in Apple TV app it just toggles zoom. Clicking and dragging at bottom isn’t practical for this purpose.

On iPhone, the Apple TV app has on-screen controls for rewind/fast-forward. Tap these controls to skip 15 seconds in either direction, or touch-and-hold to rewind/fast-forward as you go.
