The Health app on my iPhone, prior to the latest update, had my medications listed and other pertinent information about my health. It’s gone now. How do I get it back?
Previously allowed manual entry.
Info of my records I created is gone. And there’s no place to recreate it. And don’t want to recreate it.
Don’t want to access the multiple locations for data info.

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to find your health records in the Health app on your iPhone after updating. To help with this, please go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn off Health temporarily, wait 30 seconds, then turn Health back on. Then force close the Health app and then open the Health app again and check for your data again:

Turning ‘Health’ off in iCloud & waiting 30 sec b4 turning back on. Then going into Health app, clicking on my name (or picture) then selecting Medical ID showed all previously entered info.
