Health App update

The Health app on my iPhone, prior to the latest update, had my medications listed and other pertinent information about my health. Itā€™s gone now. How do I get it back?

Previously allowed manual entry.

Info of my records I created is gone. And thereā€™s no place to recreate it. And donā€™t want to recreate it.

Donā€™t want to access the multiple locations for data info.

Hello carolynfromgray,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to find your health records in the Health app on your iPhone after updating. To help with this, please go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn off Health temporarily, wait 30 seconds, then turn Health back on. Then force close the Health app and then open the Health app again and check for your data again:

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Use the Health app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Create a Medical ID in Health on iPhone

Cheers!
