How can I enable performance management protection on my battery system

Performance management is controlled by iOS directly. This feature is enabled only after an unexpected shutdown occurs on a device with a battery that has diminished ability to deliver maximum instantaneous power. This feature is not able to be controlled by the user directly. If iOS turns on performance management, and you choose to disable it, you cannot manually reenable it.
