Can I print from iPad 7 to cannon IP2600

Does anyone know if you can print from iPad 7 generation to a cannon IP2600 printer, I have a usb connector?

You cannot connect a printer directly to an iPad. Any printing needs to be done with an AirPrint capable printer, or with a manufacturer's print app on the iPad. See this about AirPrint. Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

hi Chris - I’ve checked and unfortunately my printer does not support AirPrint so I’m stuffed !! Thanks for your help though.

Check the App Store for a Canon printer app that will let you connect to your computer to print by WiFi.

Follow what kb1951 said. That is what I meant about a print app.
