Safari problem

I have the newest iPad with the most current iOS. When I try to go to different websites, both from within email and directly thru safari, I keep getting a message “A problem repeatedly occurred on “https://support.apple.com/“” ( in this case). This happens repeatedly and in fact I’m sending this from my phone because I can’t get the website. What am I doing wrong?

What troubleshooting have you tried? I would suggest going to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data. Power cycle the iPad and then try again.
