Sorry if this has been asked before. I'm trying to find an app that will allow our field employees with iPads to digitally sign a PDF document, such as time sheets and approved change orders. I don't need it to show their handwritten signature, just need it to print their name, date and time stamp as part of the signature. I attached a sample type of signature. Thanks.

Looking at your example signature, it appears you're using Adobe for this in other use cases. I found this on the Adobe website:
