My Phone says that my iTunes and iCloud have been disabled how can I get my account back ?

Thanks for posting your question on the Apple Support Communities. If your Apple ID is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you should contact iTunes Billing Support using the Billing Section of the Contact Apple Support website.


The correct options to click would be in this order:


  1. Billing & Subscriptions
  2. Apple ID & iCloud
  3. "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" alert


If your Apple ID is disabled in iCloud, then you'll need to reset your password.
