How do I change my billing address in apple pay?

To change your billing address in Apple Pay, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay, tap a card, then tap what you want to update.

If you wish to change other information such as shipping address, phone number, or email it will be located in Wallet & Apple Pay, then choose what you want to update.

You forgot a step. After tapping the card you need to tap the three dots in the circle and then you will see the address. By tapping on the address you can change it or add a new one.

The steps I referred to was going into Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay and selecting the card and then scrolling down for billing address. This step doesn’t require tapping the three dots (at least for me on my iPhone X running iOS 13x.)

To access it from within the Wallet app itself, then yes they can tap the card and then the three dots to access the billing address.

In summery, there are two ways to access the billing address. From within the Wallet itself and going to Settings then Wallet & Apple Pay.

There is no Apple Pay address. You need to check your Apple ID address.
