iPad Pro 11 (2018),software update/ network issue

Hello, I just purchased a new iPad Pro 11 (2018), for some reason it does not connect to the internet, although it detected the wifi fine, my router is fine as well. Besides I tried to update through iTunes, but that also did not work. I already tried, network reset, forget network, reset to factory setting. Could u help? thank you.
