Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I have repeatedly restarted my computer and tried updated and restoring my ipad.

Now it just has the apple logo and has been unresponsive for more than 30 minutes. Itunes showed error is 4005. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?
