Incoming calls received via Wi-Fi calling don't appear on my "Recents" (calls) list. Is this a problem with my settings or a limitation with the device?
iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13
Well, I had an idea, but it was wrong. I though that maybe if cellular data is off it won't record W-iFi calls. But that wasn't it.
Then I tried airplane mode with Wi-Fi on. Again, my call appeared on Recents.
You might call AT&T and ask if they know anything about this.
Simple fix worked - restarted the phone and the missing calls appeared. Thanks.
My Wi-Fi calls appear on my Recents. It may be carrier-specific. My carrier is AT&T in the US.
