Hi all, just bought my parents an iPad air as their old PC is on its way out. Set up the iPad to receive & send their email, however, not all incoming mail is going to the iPad; some is only going to their PC mail program and some only to their iPad. Is there a setting somewhere I'm needing to adjust? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Try removing your Mail account from Settings > Passwords & Accounts then re-add it.
