Gen 2 AirPods not connecting

So I recently got AirPods for my birthday and after charging them one still isn’t working. I’ve clean and tried resetting them but nothing is working. Any suggestions?

AirPods not connecting Hi. I’ve tried all the steps Apple recommends and my AirPods (1st gen) still won’t connect. I’ve not had a problem with them till now, they were working fine yesterday and are fully charged. Has anyone experienced this?

New AirPods Pro not connecting I just got new AirPods Pro and they are not staying connected. Already reset several times and they continue to disconnect. All charged with Apple cables at 100%

Start here: If your left or right AirPod isn't working

If no help, try a full reset: Reset your AirPods
