I can't get my Mac to recognize may iPad for itunes
I just updated my Mac OS to Catalina. I need to plug an iPad in to reset it but it isn't recognizing the iPad any fixes for this?

Use another computer to restore the device to factory settings, then take it back to your to restore your backup, or restore from iCloud. Be careful not to allow any existing backup to be overwritten by the restored device.

If your Mac is running Catalina, it should no longer have iTunes.
Your iPad should show up in Finder on your Mac.
It is showing up but the finder screen is completely locked up.
It is showing up but I cannot Accra anything everything is frozen in my msc now after restoring the iPad was launched and the iPad is still not working
