walkie talkie not found

when i updated my apple watch 4 to watchos 6.0.1 the walkie talkie not found how can i recover it again?????

On the Watch go to the Appstore and using search (dictation) say "Walkie-Talkie_ then scroll down (quite a ways) to the App it will be under Utilities.
