I see that you are trying to install the 64-bit version of Harmony for your remote. I did a little research on the issue and found that the developer, Logitech plans to release a 64-bit version in mid November. You can take a look at the article (click IR remote and it will bring you down to the information about 64 bit compatibility ) on their site.
