I just went to the Feedback Page to send apple some suggestions on the new iDevice Finder interface and noticed in the dropdown that there is a macOS Catalina 10.15.1 option.
I just checked Software Update and it shows I am up to date with 10.15.
So, anyone know what's up?

You can get it if you want it:
10.15.1 is still in beta but is due to be released soon. My guess is they just added it to the feedback page early.
Thanks, but I'll wait for the full release since all is currently working well. I was just
wondering if something may have been amiss on my system. Always good to
check.
