can i downgrade from Catalina to a system that accepts 32-bits?

i upgrade operating systen to Catalina. Now my computer will not accept 32 bit apps. what can i do?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Revert your Mac to a previous macOS version - Apple Support

I would upgrade the 32 bit apps to 64 bit before reverting to an older operating system.
