Why does Safari ignore input from my Apple wireless keyboard from time to time?

Bluetooth connection is fine, and all other applications recognize keyboard input. Only Safari decides that it won't accept it. The search/address input field at the top does accept it, but no web page will do so.

This occurs on occasion, with no discernible pattern. I've tried fiddling with the Settings but nothing helps.

EtreCheck is a simple little app to display the important details of your system configuration and allow you to copy that information to the Clipboard. It is meant to be used with Apple Support Communities to help people help you with your Mac.

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.

Thanks again for the assist!

I haven't used any Logitech HIDs for quite some time, and didn't bother to uninstall the LCC software. I've used

Logitech devices on Windows PCs and never had any problems (that I was aware of, anyway!).

I suppose only time will tell, but it makes a certain amount of sense that superfluous keyboard drivers could

get loaded and accessed by the OS. I'm scouring my drives for any other potential suspects!
