How do I make Excel the default app and not Numbers...

I use Excel for almost everything I do. Now, in Catalina, I can't download .csv files without them opening in Numbers. How can I make Excel the default spreadsheet? There is an old answer from 2010 here, but that cure doesn't work now.

Thanks!

This works, if you right click on a .cvs file icon in finder, not the actual file, or the file tab in an open file. Then Get Info shows up in the dropdown, and you can choose to make Excel the default to open that type of file.

Thanks!
