All browsers can’t open any website

I have updated my mac to catalina 2 weeks ago with no problem, but yesterday i was trying to share an app with another mac over wifi and it worked. But today all the browsers on my mac can’t open any website except (google, youtube & google drive ). And it happens regardless the network I’m connected to, I tried getting sending request by postman to see if i can get a response, but it couldn’t get any response. I tried connecting to a VPN but it failed, i tried changing the DNS server but it didn’t work. I can’t find any possible explanation for what is happening as all the application that requires internet are working normally, and i did an internet speed test and the connection was good.

Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test. Reboot as normal and test.
