how to change time out on iPhone XR

The iPhone XR has timeout options from 30 seconds to 5 minutes or never. I want the phone to time out when it is nor inns but= when I am listening to a podcast or music and get to the end. I have to log back in my phone. Is there a way to have the phone to dusty active while it is being used?
