I cant enable spacebar on my keyboard

Hi,

I can't connect to spacebar. In accessibility keyboard I can enable it if I click with mouse. I try solve it in keyboard preferences, but nothing happened. In keyboard preferences I can't see full keyboard it seems like a keyboard as without spacebar. I torn on/off keyboard, restart computer, but == 0.

Maybe someone can help me?
