On the watch hard press o the watch face and swipe to the left until you see the "+" tap on it and scroll through the various watch faces and select the one you want. An easier way to do this is to go to your iPhone Watch App and tap on "Face Gallery" and choose the face(s) you want. This will help you..https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205536.
