To rescue your phone without losing any data, you need to connect it to a computer with iTunes that has a backup of your phone.

Start iTunes on your computer, but don't connect your phone yet. Connect your phone and wait for a pop-up that says that your phone has a trouble. Click on restore, and allow iTunes to restore your latest backup to your phone. This will erase the block.

And don't let your brother get near your iPhone again.
