How do you delete the trash in the email app after selecting all, I don’t want to “archive”, I want to delete like I did with my older model iPhones.

I was able to figure it out, I ended up going into the All Trash folder and deleted the emails there. Thank you for your response! Have a great day!

Mine says "Delete" at bottom right. What does yours say?
(Is it Google mail? If so, hard luck.)
