App Store on iPad

Does any one know why I don't have the App Store on the iPad anymore and why I can't seem to get it back?

The usual reason for it not being visible is due to a restriction on purchases. See: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
