SIM NOT VALID

hi, i bought a iphone 6s+ form ebay unlocked

when i insert the sim card, the phone show me SIM NOT VALID.

what can i do? Please help!

The phone you bought is NOT unlocked.

Only the carrier it's locked to can unlock it.

Return it and get your money back. The seller lied.

Call AppleCare and give them the serial number of the phone. They should be able to tell you.

It means that the phone is locked to a carrier. The seller lied to you.
